I've used Hank's auto for about 6 years now. I have never EVER had an unfriendly experience there ... EVER. They and the owner are the absolute nicest people to deal with. Most importantly, they are the most honest business I've dealt with. Very upfront with labor and costs. They take me out to their shop to show me exactly what is wrong and what they need to do to fix it. Very knowledgeable and very very fair. And regarding cost, they are the least expensive shop in Holland. I've priced work out in the past and they are consistently MUCH less expensive than the alternatives. Excellent shop and very VERY highly recommended.
